Returns & Refund Policy

At MONTCLAIR, we want you to shop with confidence.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or exchange request, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

However, MONTCLAIR will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Made-to-Order Items

Due to the bespoke nature of made-to-order pieces, we are unable to cancel or accept returns for customised orders.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the matter promptly.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your preferred item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for processing and dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until it arrives and then follow the return process.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.
